ORDERING & SHIPPING We pride ourselves on providing customers a pleasant and convenient shopping experience. We will strive to fill your order within 24 hours, although some orders my require 48 hours to process. Orders are accepted through our secure website or by phone. We ship USPS Monday – Friday (except on holidays). Orders received after 3:00 pm will be processed the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation number and total cost at the end of your order process.
PAYMENT We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card – Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Orders paid by personal or cashier’s check will not ship until the check has been processed. Checks need to be mailed as soon as you recieve your order confirmation. Please send it to: Silver Chest Creations, 288 Humphrey Hollow Rd, Burkesville KY, 42717. If we have not received your check within two weeks from order date, the order will be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us for an exchange or refund. We also offer free repair on any item you purchase from Silver Chest Creations.
